Once the photoshoot is complete, we then start the editing process. Video editing can take several days. We will review any notes from our meeting and make sure your ideas are implemented into the video. After the delivery, we will touch base with your team and review the final video. If any other editing changes are needed, we will note those down on this phone call. 

• Will I own the rights to the photos and videos once they’re delivered?

Files from your photoshoot are delivered over email via our hosting platform or google drive. 

• What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel the shoot?

Please reach out to us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your photoshoot.

• When will I receive the final edited photos and videos?

Our turnaround time is the very next day for photos and anywhere from 2-5 business days on videos. 

• Will I get both high-resolution and web-ready versions of the images?

Yes. Our company will provide print ready and web ready files for your team. 

• Will you help optimize the photos and videos for Google My Business or real estate platforms?

Yes. If your team needs the photos to be optimized for a specific platform, please bring this up on our discovery call. (prior to editing)
