All photoshoots that’re canceled or rescheduled within a 24-hour period of your appointment time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We will travel a long ways if you need our services. We cover the first 30 miles from our home office and after that our travel fee is based on a graduated metered scale. Each job’s starting point is based out of our home office in South Saint Paul, MN 55075.

We recommend that real estate agents visit the property the day before or the day of the photoshoot. We have put together a checklist that we like our realtors to go over with the homeowners to ensure everything is ready to go. This will help speed up our process and also get the most value out of the photographs.

You will receive an email or a text from our company letting you know that your order is ready.

No. We are able to access properties with a lockbox key or with the homeowner or listing agent present.

Please let us know of any requests that you may have prior to your photoshoot. You can reach out to us by calling, texting, or sending us an email.

Unfortunately we can’t control the weather, and some days it will be cloudy during the photoshoot. However, included with your order we will use our software and put in a blue sky for your exterior photos.

We will photograph an empty room and add an interior design. It’s a cost effective alternative to traditional staging and allows you to showcase rooms at their highest potential.

 

For cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover. We also accept checks, ETF (electronic funds transfer right from your bank account), and cash.

Most photoshoots take between 30-60 minutes. However, this can vary greatly depending on the size of the package ordered and the size of the property.

 

We offer a wide variety of packages that vary depending on how many locations we shoot, outfit changes, and more. We are very flexible and love building custom packages that fit exactly what you’re looking for.

 

UAV Vision Media owns the copyright to all of the photographs and other marketing material that we create unless there is a special agreement in place and an additional licensing fee is paid. Real estate agents have the right to use the photographs and any other marketing material for any personal marketing purposes for up to one year or until the property closes, whichever comes first. For all others this is a non-transferable license which means you, as the licensee, may not sell, share, or loan the photos out to any other party. Additional rights may be purchased.
