How it works:

Step 1. Place your order

Select from a large list of services that we offer for your newest listing. Let us know what day and time works best for you and we’ll confirm your order right away. You’ll receive an order confirmation where you’re able to see your appointment day/time, services ordered, information on rescheduling, notes for the photographer, and more. *Travel Fee may be applied to properties 30+ miles outside of St. Paul, MN

Step 2. Photoshoot

We will head out to photograph the property.   If there are any last-minute changes or information the photographer should know, please make sure to notify us.  If there is inclement weather that day, we will contact you to reschedule your photoshoot. 

Step 3. Delivery

The photos for your listing will be delivered the very next morning. Open up your email from us and you’ll find everything in one place: photographs, property information, services ordered, receipts, property websites, slideshows, marketing templates, 3D tours, Floor Plans, and more. Every order placed with us you’ll receive MLS ready and Print ready photographs. We also understand how important marketing is, so included with every order is a large marketing platform for you to market your listing.
