UAV Vision Media owns the copyright to all of the photographs and other marketing material that we create unless there is a special agreement in place and an additional licensing fee has been paid. Real estate agents have the right to use the photographs and any other marketing material for personal marketing purposes, for up to one year or until the property closes, whichever comes first. For all others, this is a non-transferable license, meaning you, as the licensee, may not sell, share, or loan the photos to any other party. Additional rights may be purchased.
