This Media Licensing Agreement outlines the permitted use of photography, videography, drone footage, and digital media provided by UAV Vision Media LLC (“Licensor”) to the Client (“Licensee”).

Ownership
All media created by UAV Vision Media remains the intellectual property of UAV Vision Media LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing.

License Grant
Upon full payment of invoice, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for approved marketing, advertising, listing, and promotional purposes.

Permitted Use
Media may be used for:
- MLS listings
- Social media marketing
- Website display
- Printed promotional materials

Prohibited Use
Media may NOT be:
- Resold to third parties
- Used for defamatory purposes
- Altered beyond reasonable cropping or resizing
- Submitted to stock photography platforms

Commercial Redistribution
Commercial redistribution, resale, or transfer to builders, designers, staging companies, or third-party vendors requires written consent and may require an additional licensing fee.

Duration
The license remains valid for as long as the property listing or promotional campaign is active, unless otherwise specified.

Portfolio Rights
Unless a written opt-out request is submitted before final delivery, UAV Vision Media reserves the right to display media for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify UAV Vision Media against misuse of licensed media.
