UAV Vision Media Terms and Conditions

All images and media produced by UAV Vision Media LLC are protected under copyright law. UAV Vision Media LLC retains full ownership of all media unless otherwise specified in a written licensing agreement. Clients are granted specific usage rights for marketing, listing, or promotional use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any media without written permission is strictly prohibited.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using https://uavvisionmedia.com (the “Site”) or by booking services through UAV Vision Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access the Site or use our services.
2. Services Provided
UAV Vision Media provides commercial photography, real estate photography, videography, aerial drone services, 3D tours, floor plans, and other digital media services. This Site also offers information related to flight regulations, visual media usage, and service policies.
3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.
4. Electronic Communications
By using our services or contacting us by email, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, including invoices, reminders, and project updates.
5. Age Restrictions
Our Site and services are not intended for individuals under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Site and services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for completed services. Exceptions may apply in cases of verified emergencies or weather delays.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. UAV Vision Media is not responsible for the content or services provided by external sites.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, visuals, logos, and media—is the property of UAV Vision Media or its partners. No portion may be reused or reproduced without written consent.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not:
Attempt to access restricted areas of the Site
Disrupt Site performance
Use our media for unlawful or defamatory purposes
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
10. Limitation of Liability
UAV Vision Media provides its services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or any services delivered, including missed deadlines, data loss, or service interruptions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify UAV Vision Media and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of our Site, services, or media assets.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class action lawsuits are not permitted.
13. Termination of Access
UAV Vision Media reserves the right to terminate access to the Site or services at any time for violations of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Disputes shall be resolved in courts or arbitration centers located within Minnesota.
15. Late Payment Policy
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A $25 per day late fee will apply to any unpaid invoice starting 10 calendar days after the invoice date.
Clients will be notified of overdue balances by email.
Balances unpaid after 30 days may be sent to collections and/or legal action pursued.
Clients are responsible for all legal and collection costs incurred.
UAV Vision Media reserves the right to pause future work for accounts in arrears.
16. Media Usage by UAV Vision Media
UAV Vision Media reserves the right to use photos, videos, or project deliverables for promotional purposes, including on its website, portfolio, social media, or marketing materials, unless the client submits a written opt-out request before the content is delivered.
17. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or services implies acceptance of the most current version.
