Our photographers are well trained in photographing short term rental properties. Our primary focus is to help you sell an experience vs simple photos of your rooms. 

If you’re away during the photoshoot, our photographers are able to enter your property with a lockbox or door code. We will always lock your property back up upon exit.

We have an add on that you’re able to select when you order if you need us to photograph the building’s amenities. This includes pools, lobby, patio spaces, gym, ect.

Depending on the size of your property, most short term rental photoshoots take anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes. 

We will reach out to you if we need to cancel your photoshoot due to severe weather.

You are able to book a short term rental photoshoot with us by calling, emailing, texting, or booking through our online booking platform. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, Cash, and Venmo. Payment is due the day of your photoshoot.

We will send out a prep list to help get your property photo ready. 

Aside from photos, we see a lot of our clients order Videos, 2D & 3D Floor Plans,

Twilight Photos, Aerial Photos, Lifestyle Reels, and photograph a nearby park or area of choice to show off the area.
