Are there any hidden costs or additional fees I should be aware of?
Our prices are exactly what you see them listed as on our website. If you choose to pay by a credit card, there is also a 3.5% processing fee added to your order when you check out.

Yes! Once the photos are delivered to you the very next morning all you need to do is add them to your current Airbnb and VRBO listings.
Are you able to accommodate special requests, such as twilight or evening shoots?
Yes! Please send us an email or give us a call. We are more than happy to accommodate your request.

Yes. On top of aerial photography and virtual tours, we offer a list of over 20 add-on services that you are able to select from.
Do you offer discounted rates for multiple properties managed by the same owner or company?
Our current discount that we are running is for residential real estate agents. They will receive 20% off their first order. (good on orders up to $300)
How and when will I receive the final images after the shoot?
Your images will be emailed back to you the very next morning.
How do you ensure the photos capture the unique appeal of my short-term rental property?
Our photographers are well trained in photographing short term rental properties. Our primary focus is to help you sell an experience vs simple photos of your rooms.
How do you ensure the safety and security of the property during the shoot?
If you’re away during the photoshoot, our photographers are able to enter your property with a lockbox or door code. We will always lock your property back up upon exit.
How do you handle photographing shared amenities in condo or apartment complexes?
We have an add on that you’re able to select when you order if you need us to photograph the building’s amenities. This includes pools, lobby, patio spaces, gym, ect.

How long does a typical photo shoot last for a short-term rental property?
Depending on the size of your property, most short term rental photoshoots take anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, what is your rescheduling policy?
We will reach out to you if we need to cancel your photoshoot due to severe weather.
Is there a contract or agreement that needs to be signed before the photo shoot?
No. You do not need to sign an agreement before your photoshoot.

What is your booking process for a short-term rental photography session?
You are able to book a short term rental photoshoot with us by calling, emailing, texting, or booking through our online booking platform.
What payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Checks, Cash, and Venmo. Payment is due the day of your photoshoot.
What preparation is needed from my side before the photo shoot?
We will send out a prep list to help get your property photo ready.

Aside from photos, we see a lot of our clients order Videos, 2D & 3D Floor Plans,
Twilight Photos, Aerial Photos, Lifestyle Reels, and photograph a nearby park or area of choice to show off the area.
